What is CellREDM?

CellREDM is an ECM (extracellular matrix) skin booster made from human acellular dermal matrix (hADM), processed into ultra-fine 75µm particles and delivered into the dermis. Unlike boosters that 'prompt' the skin to make new collagen, CellREDM directly supplies the building blocks of the skin itself — collagen, elastin and related components — to refill a dermis that has thinned and loosened. It is used to care for skin structure: pores, texture, density and fine lines, working gradually over several sessions rather than all at once.

Who it may be considered for

If you have the following skin concerns, CellREDM may be considered.

  • Skin firmness has decreased and the skin looks generally thin and lacking in vitality
  • Enlarged pores or rough, uneven skin texture is a concern
  • Fine lines around the eyes and mouth and early signs of skin ageing are a concern
  • The skin is dry and dull and the overall skin condition has declined
  • Overall improvement of the dermal environment, including skin density and firmness, is desired

The medical team judges suitability individually after assessing the current condition of the skin including thickness, firmness, texture, pores, and dryness.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have active infection or severe inflammation in the treatment area, have an active autoimmune disease, a bleeding disorder, or a history of keloid or hypertrophic scarring, treatment may be restricted; if you have any relevant history or current medication, please inform the medical team in advance.

What happens at the visit

1) Consultation: the doctor reviews the skin and medical history (pregnancy, medications, allergies, prior procedures) and, where helpful, uses skin-diagnostic imaging to assess texture, pores, density and hydration, then determines the treatment area and dose suited to the skin and the area involved.

2) Topical anesthesia: numbing cream is applied for about 30 minutes; for comfort, a numbing preparation may also be used at the doctor's discretion.

3) Authenticity check: a genuine product is used.

4) Injection: using a fine needle, the product is distributed evenly into the dermis; thanks to the ultra-fine particles, the injection tends to feel relatively smooth.

5) Finishing: a regenerative/soothing cream is applied, and aftercare guidance — including moisturizing and sun protection — is given for home care.

Actual injection time is roughly 25 minutes, and it is performed per session. Series/package structure is explained during consultation.

Safety and aftercare

CellREDM is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Treatment may be restricted if there is active infection, severe inflammation, or an open wound in the treatment area, or in the case of an active autoimmune disease, a bleeding disorder, or a history of keloid or hypertrophic scarring. A history of severe allergy, allergy or hypersensitivity to anaesthetics or human-derived tissue components, and use of anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, or other medication that can affect bleeding must be disclosed to the medical team before treatment.

Immediately after treatment, raised bumps may appear at the injection sites along with redness, swelling, stinging, tenderness, or bruising, and in most cases these gradually settle over time. Rarely, hypersensitivity reactions or infection may occur, so if pain, swelling, or warmth persists or progressively worsens, or if pus or other unusual symptoms appear, medical assessment is required.

Frequently asked questions

When Will CellREDM Results Appear — and How Long Do They Last?

As an ECM-based treatment that directly supplies structural components such as collagen and elastin, CellREDM's core benefit — improving texture, density and firmness — builds gradually and cumulatively rather than in a single session. A mild change in texture and radiance is often noticed around 1-2 weeks after injection, with more evident changes in density, firmness and pores felt over the following weeks. Because it accumulates rather than completing at once, the generally recommended protocol is a series of multiple sessions (commonly 3-5) spaced 2-3 weeks apart; the exact interval and number are decided after consultation. Because sessions are spaced 2-3 weeks apart, completing a full series during a single short trip may not be possible — the doctor can advise on timing. As a regenerative treatment, how long results last varies by individual skin condition and lifestyle, and consistent home care such as ample moisturizing and daily sun protection can help maintain the cared-for condition. Maintenance sessions are generally considered after a period of time. The degree, onset and duration of results vary by individual.

How is CellREDM different from filler?

Filler (hyaluronic acid) directly 'fills' empty space to add volume. CellREDM is not about creating volume — it directly supplies the building blocks of the skin (ECM components such as collagen and elastin) into the dermis to refill a thinned dermal layer and care for texture, density and firmness. The purpose and mechanism are different.

How is CellREDM different from RETUO?

Both are ECM-family skin boosters that use human acellular dermal matrix (hADM) to directly supply collagen. CellREDM's particles are processed more finely, which tends to give it a smoother injection feel. Which one fits is decided after a consultation that reviews the skin condition.

How is CellREDM different from Rejuran?

Rejuran uses a PN (polynucleotide) ingredient derived from salmon to support the skin's environment and 'induce' regeneration. CellREDM instead 'directly supplies' structural components such as collagen via hADM. The right choice depends on your goals and skin condition, so a consultation is needed.

How many CellREDM sessions are needed?

Because the effect builds cumulatively, the protocol generally recommends a series of multiple sessions (commonly 3-5) spaced 2-3 weeks apart. The exact number is decided with the doctor based on the skin. It is performed per session.
