How to book, step by step
- Choose a time. Open the booking page at repicclinic.com/en/reservation to see open slots in real time. You can also message the clinic — use the WhatsApp button on www.repicclinic.com — or call +82-2-6952-0312.
- Add the details that matter. Mention the language you want to use, how many people are coming, and whether you are bringing children.
- Wait for confirmation. The clinic confirms your time. If you asked for an interpreter in a language other than English, Chinese or Japanese, it also confirms the arrangement and whether a booking fee applies.
Messenger options listed on the official site include WhatsApp, LINE, KakaoTalk and WeChat.
Visiting as a group
- One group booking can cover up to 20 people — friends, families, colleagues or travel groups.
- If you are 6 or more, contact the clinic by WhatsApp or phone before booking. Online slots have a per-time capacity, so the clinic schedules larger groups by hand.
- The clinic has 8 or more consultation rooms, so several people in your group can be seen in parallel instead of one after another.
- Every person has their own assessment and consultation and decides on their own treatment.
When you get in touch, send: your date, the number of people, a preferred time, and any interpreter language needed. Twenty is the upper limit the clinic coordinates in advance — it is not an instant booking.

Coming with children
- A separate reception room gives children and accompanying family a place to rest and wait during your consultation or treatment.
- The clinic is stroller accessible.
- Children stay with a parent or another adult from your party at all times.
- If both parents want treatment, say so when booking and the clinic can schedule you one after the other, so you can take turns with the children.
Muslim-friendly facilities
- Restrooms with a shataf (bidet sprayer) on both floors, B1 and 2F.
- A separate reception room that can be used for prayer on request. It is not a dedicated prayer room — ask when you book.

Frequently asked questions
Does anyone at REPIC Clinic Gangnam speak English?
Yes. English interpreters work on site, as do Chinese and Japanese interpreters, so you can hold your consultation in English without booking an interpreter separately. Just book your appointment.
