What happens at your first visit to REPIC Clinic Gangnam?

A first visit follows three steps: a skin analysis, a consultation with the doctor, and then — if you decide to go ahead — treatment performed by the doctor. Same-day treatment after diagnosis is possible; the doctor decides based on the treatment type and your skin condition. English, Chinese and Japanese interpreters are on site throughout.

Your first visit, step by step

  1. Check in. 318 Gangnam-daero, floors B1 and 2F. Last check-in is 19:00 on weekdays and 17:00 on weekends and Korean public holidays. An English, Chinese or Japanese interpreter is on site; other languages need to be booked a week ahead.
  2. Skin analysis. The clinic starts by analysing your skin with diagnostic devices, to look for the cause of your concern before any treatment is suggested. The skin analysis report can be issued in a foreign language.
  3. Consultation with the doctor. The doctor assesses your skin, explains the options and decides on a treatment plan with you. In a group, each person has their own assessment and consultation.
  4. Treatment, if you go ahead. The doctor performs the treatment. Same-day treatment after diagnosis is possible; the doctor decides based on the treatment type and your skin condition.
  5. Payment. At the front desk after your consultation, by overseas credit card, Alipay or WeChat Pay. Prices listed on the official website exclude 10% VAT.
  6. Records to take home. Ask for your treatment record in your language. If questions come up after you go home, message the clinic on the same messenger.
