What to put in your first message
- Your date and preferred time
- Number of people — 6 or more: message or call first; groups of up to 20 can be arranged
- The language you want for the consultation (English, Chinese and Japanese are on site; other languages need a week's notice)
- Whether children are coming, and whether you bring a stroller
- Your departure date from Korea, if your trip is short
- A request for the separate reception room if you would like a quiet place to pray
After you book
- The clinic confirms your time.
- If you asked for an interpreter in another language, it also confirms the arrangement and whether a booking fee applies.
- Last check-in: 19:00 Monday to Friday; 17:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and Korean public holidays.
- Keep the same messenger thread — you can use it for questions after your visit too.
